Hi Phil,

Sometimes you can find these on reptile shows, like hamm or houten, maybe also at some bigger shows in the UK. Most of the time they are sold by people selling flowers and plants for the terrariums......

hi phil are you going to the kempton park expo in august? hopefully they will have some plants there. its fustraiting that its so hard to get my hands on good plants for my chucks and even can i can they are really pricey, especially succulents.

im going to get a mini green house as i dont have space for a normal garden green house, nor the funds lol. if i do well with it maybe i could sell you plants in the distant future, just an idea because i know ive been hunting for good rep plant supplies and its really limited.

shelledworriers are great though, i get most of my seeds from them. im also starting to think that dried plants may actually be more worthwhile than i originally thought. although they lack nutritionally, im thinking that if they are added to fresh foods with supplements this could help reduce the high moisture content in captive diet?

would be great to know what people think of this idea.

Okdoki - i have ordered some pads from the cactus-shop in the UK :)

Also been to the garden centre today and got these 2, one a small £2.50 un-named one, the other cost £12.50 and a GOOD size and is Opuntia 'Vulgaris'

These 2 will be washed down and re-potted in fresh cacti compost to get rid of any traces of pesticides in case they have been sprayed
