Nice animal, one my favourite spp.
Do anybody have this question about this animal? This spp broke the logical distribution for ocellata complex i mean Macfas to ocellata, and dont have aparently nothing with the them.

Well I thought I read somewhere that according to some DNA data that Wilms got, that Macfads are more closely related to the Geyri than to the occelates and ornates......

But visually they look macfads go better with the ornates / philbyi / occelates / benti........
