Tiger rattlesnakes (Crotalus Tigris) & Southwestern Speckled Rattlesnakes (Crotalus Mitchelli Pyhrrus) are two predators of chuckwallas. Wherever chuckwallas occur, almost always one of these or both of these occur in the same areas. They inhabit lots of the same crevices as well. Though, I have not photographed any chuckwallas being eaten by these snakes....I have seen photos of this occurrence. Both of these rattlesnakes are some of my favorites and also my target species (the chuckwallas are cool to find, but not as cool as these rattlesnakes- Sorry Tom lol)

Thanks Troy
Tom, I have such an odd schedule. Also, I didn't have anymore time off since I went to Costa Rica. We will work something out. I have been finding baby chucks who are clogging up cracks where the rattlesnakes should be! haha

I know Jerry, but I am not really sure if he knows who I am lol. I will be doing some volunteering with him, but we will talk more about that when you are in town

Norman
