I am getting 3.2 sudanese ocellated uromastyx next week.

Any tips on how anyone else is keeping them?

Tim, where are the pics of your sudanese?

Are they coming as a group? Have they been housed together? If not, are you going to set them up separately?

Our 1.2 group arrived this week. We are waiting to see them too. They have been in their hide box most of the time. When they are not, they are still very flighty. Pics to come as soon as we can get them.

I am getting them 1.1 from my good friend Greg Knoell, 1.1 from Lindsey Pike, and 1.0 from Troy Jones.

I hear they are very shy.

I am going to house all the groups seperate. I don't have any cages set up yet. I will be very busy this weekend.

I have an old 8' x 3' tortoise pen that I made that I plan to keep 1.2 in.

I want to do a summer outdoor pen for them as well.

You're lucky, Norman, because your uros will be happy outside in your climate. I don't know that ours would be as happy since it's not that warm here. I wish you luck with your first uros!

Actually, now I am getting 2.2 now.

Casey, perhaps in the future we can trade uro babies if we hatch some out!

Yeah, I'll be glad to sell babies to you, because I know they'll be going to a really good home, and I'll be able to keep in contact with you and see how they look as they grow older.

Mine are coming home in May. Yay!
