This is something I lived by while keeping my dragons. I would love to put together something like this for our Uros. I attached an excel sheet I started working on. I basically copied my dragon sheet and changed it around a bit.

Feel free to download it, update it and post up the new copy or just post any sugguestions you have.

Hi. I forget where I found this link but it might be helpful. As you may know I have a Chuckwalla but a Uro's diet is pretty similar.

I see a lot of people say Endive is a great staple. When I look online I see a green leaf type and this white Belgian endive. So far the only one I've found in the local markets is the white belgian type. Which do you feed to your Uros?
