Endangered Captive Wildlife Permit for San Esteban Chucks

Hi,
Does anybody have any experience obtaining a Endangered Captive Wildlife permit?
I have found one breeder working with San Esteban's species but a ECW permit is required to transport them out of his state.

Kevin. Look up Dr Mike Keidrowski in AZ. I believe he is a vet also. He breeds varius and since you are in AZ you do not need permits. I believe AZ reptile in Phoenix has them too. I will try to get more info for you. No AZ laws apply to them so you can get them in AZ no problem. Just can't sell them out of the state.
